For manual members that are entered into TOTEM, please don't include the donation amount with the membership amount. The donation amount should be entered seperately into the notes field for the member.
Mag-Login sa TOTEM
Click on members to your left
In the Search bar, type in the members name
Mag-click sa profile ng mga miyembro
Balumbon pababa
To the right of the members name is an actions pulldown
Choose View/Edit from the Pulldown
A pop up will appear. In the notes field, you will type in the donation amount. Click on Save
***As a reference, any notes entered into the notes field, will be in the member report in the column labeled "notes"***
